This week was quite interesting because half of the week was spent outside of our area. We had exchanges for the first time this transfer and we got to teach a whole lesson in English. While in English, the lesson was quite difficult as most of the lesson was a Bible bash. We were able to address all of his questions but he was still stuck on his own beliefs. That's OK because he will come around soon. And OK this same exchange, my companion was able to find a new investigator. Which is crazy because finding new investigators from our area is rare.
My companions also had a baptism in our last area called Zhongli. It was super fun. I only had a little time to meet my companions friends but it was a real good time.
We have this mountain in our area and on Saturday we biked up it. Took about 2 hours. All uphill. About 6 miles one way. I had to take a break once and walk my bike once, something I haven't done since 7th grade when I had to ride my bike to school. My body was drenched when we got at the top. We met someone who had a $10,000 USD bike imported from Italy. It has the world's lightest Bike tires on it. We talked to people on top of the mountain (which were a surprising amount), but everyone seemed tired from the commute up the mountain haha. Oh and I also rode my bike in this gutter and my got caught in this pothole and I almost flipped over my handlebars. That would have made a good story.
We also had an RC fireside and one of my RC's said the closing prayer which was super cool. It was cool being able to see members and friend from my last areas.
